Moving to Denver?

I've been there...moving across state lines and searching for a place to live.
In 2013 my family decided to transfer to Denver for my husbands job. We had 48 hours to find a place..yes 48 hours! There many more details but it was stressful, overwhelming and many moving parts. 

In helping Buyers move to Denver, I want it to be stress free and an easy process.

2. Being Organized.

I want it to feel like you are here. During showings I will take videos. pictures, and upload everything (+ documents) into a Google Drive curated for you. 

3. Offer(s).

This deserves a phone or video call. All states have different contracts and I want you to understand inclusions, exclusions, dates and deadlines. Managing expectations is important. 

4. Inspections | Walk through | Closing.

If you can not attend these appointments, I will be there in your place taking notes, pictures and additional requests. We can make this happen even if you can not be here in person.
